OBJECTIVE

Make it easy to manage projects and users

Success Base Engineering Limited is an established contractor based in Hong kong providing fitting-out and repair and maintenance services. Over the years, Success Base keeps lots of projects and drawings, so that it needs a file storage and synchronization platform to store projects systematically and allows users to view and share across devices.

I was assigned to be the lead designer for the user and admin panels design. The objective of this project is to manage projects systematically and grant access rights to users autonomously, I therefore pictured the interface to be clean and function oriented.

Products

Simple and User Friendly

For the user and admin panel designs, we wanted to keep the navigation simple and user friendly to make sure the product was intuitive. The main goal was to design a product that was extremely quick to pick up and use.

UI Guidlines

High Legibility

Roboto was the leading font used in these two panels. This font has a dual nature. It has a mechanical skeleton and the forms are largely geometric, which allows letters to be settled into their natural width and makes for a more natural reading rhythm.
